Frazer DMS guide
Direct answer
In Frazer, start with Reports, choose 3 - Customer Reporting, and open 5 - Transaction Listings. Select the payment-related transaction types and date range needed for the review, then verify that each row includes a usable account identifier, transaction date, and amount.
Why buyers ask for payment history
A contract tells a buyer what the customer agreed to pay. Transaction history shows what the customer actually paid, when payments arrived, whether amounts were consistent, and whether performance improved or weakened over time.
A buyer may not need a complete transaction-level history for the first conversation. It becomes more important when the initial tape does not summarize payment count, last payment date, total collected, or delinquency clearly.
How to run Transaction Listings in Frazer
- Open Reports.
- Choose 3 - Customer Reporting.
- Select 5 - Transaction Listings. Frazer describes this report as a detailed list of selected transaction types for a range limited by date and/or receipt number.
- Select the relevant payment transaction types and period. Use a period that covers the performance history requested by the buyer.
- Review the output before sharing it. Confirm that the account identifier, date, transaction type, and amount are readable and consistent.

Payment-history file-quality checklist
- Use the same internal account identifier that appears on the main portfolio tape.
- Keep one transaction per row when possible.
- Separate payments, reversals, fees, adjustments, and other transaction types.
- Make dates and dollar amounts machine-readable.
- Identify the beginning and ending date of the report.
- Explain unusual bulk adjustments or system conversions.
Protect sensitive payment data
A buyer needs payment performance, not full bank-account or card information. Remove payment-instrument details and unnecessary direct customer identifiers from an early-stage file. Share personally identifiable information only through the approved secure diligence process after the transaction advances.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need transaction history for an initial grade?
Not always. A clean account tape with payment count, total collected, last payment date, and delinquency may support an initial review. Transaction history may be requested when more detail is needed.
How far back should the report go?
Use the period requested by the buyer. If no period was specified, include enough history to show the account's performance from origination or provide a clear summary of the available period.
Should reversals be included?
Yes. Keeping reversals and adjustments distinguishable prevents gross receipts from being mistaken for net customer payments.
